He recently graduated in acting from The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, New York. Dharmendra is an Indian from Bangalore who now calls New York City home. He is trained in dance and stage combat. Besides dancing, he enjoys reading books and playing the guitar. Cricket and tennis are two of his favorite sports.

Performed recently in plays including The Sketch of New York, Awake, and The Anniversary. He has also played the lead in a number of short films, including In the Night, Sweater, Counseling Room, and Preet, to mention a few.
